1. Agreement to these terms

This website is operated by AJE Freight Solutions Inc ("AJE Freight Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using ajefreightsolutions.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

2. Who may use this site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. This site is intended for business use by shippers, carriers, and others involved in commercial freight transportation. It is not directed to consumers or to children.

3. Quote requests and rate estimates

Quotes, rates, and transit estimates provided through this website or in response to a request are estimates only and are not binding offers. Freight pricing depends on information you supply and on market conditions that change constantly.

A rate becomes binding only when confirmed in writing on a rate confirmation issued by AJE Freight Solutions for a specific shipment. Rates are subject to change or withdrawal at any time before that point, including where:

• Actual weight, dimensions, piece count, or commodity differ from what was described
• Freight class is corrected or the shipment is reweighed by the carrier
• Accessorial services are required that were not disclosed when quoting, such as liftgate, residential access, inside delivery, limited access locations, detention, or layover
• Pickup or delivery dates change, or the shipment is not tendered as scheduled
• Fuel surcharges, tolls, permits, or market capacity change materially

Submitting a quote request does not obligate either party. It does not reserve equipment, guarantee capacity, or create a contract of carriage.

4. Accuracy of information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you submit, including origin and destination, commodity description, weight, dimensions, declared value, hazardous materials classification, and any special handling requirements. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in additional charges, delays, refused freight, or denial of a cargo claim.

5. Our role as a broker

AJE Freight Solutions Inc is a licensed property broker authorized by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration under USDOT 3690999 and MC 1287687, with authority for Broker of Property (except household goods). As a broker, we arrange for transportation provided by independent motor carriers. We are not a motor carrier and do not ourselves transport freight.

Motor carriers are independent contractors, not our employees or agents. Carrier liability for loss, damage, or delay is governed by applicable law, the carrier's own tariffs and insurance, and the bill of lading, not by this website.

6. Website content

Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes. Descriptions of services, transit times, equipment, and industry practices are general in nature and may not apply to your particular shipment. We work to keep information accurate and current but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and page design, is owned by AJE Freight Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or use our content or marks for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fictitious quote requests
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or copy content or contact information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any related systems
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site, including by transmitting malicious code
• Use the site or information obtained from it to send unsolicited commercial messages
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of transportation regulations

8. Fraud awareness

Freight fraud, including double brokering, identity theft of carriers and brokers, and fraudulent payment redirection, is a persistent problem in this industry. AJE Freight Solutions will never request a change to payment remittance details by email alone. If you receive a request to change banking or remittance information that appears to come from us, verify it by calling us directly at the number listed on this site before acting on it.

9. Third-party links and services

This site may link to third-party websites, such as government safety records or mapping services, and may use third-party tools to deliver forms and analytics. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any estimate, transit time, or capacity indication will prove accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJE Freight Solutions and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of this website, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in this section governs cargo claims or shipment liability, which are handled under the applicable transportation agreement, carrier tariff, bill of lading, and governing law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AJE Freight Solutions and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of this website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this website or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Claims relating to the transportation of freight may be subject to federal law, including 49 U.S.C. § 14706, and to the terms of the applicable transportation agreement.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding this website.
